Innovation thrives in environments where norms are challenged, perspectives collide, and creativity is celebrated. Inspired by drag’s culture of playful experimentation and bold expression, this session encourages leaders to embrace creative disruption as a tool for strategic problem-solving. Participants explore how conformity can limit innovation and how inclusive thinking fosters novel solutions. Through rapid ideation exercises, participants practice reframing challenges, questioning assumptions, and imagining unconventional approaches to business problems. Interactive “Flip the Script” and inclusive brainstorming labs provide opportunities to practice risk-taking in a safe, supportive environment. Leaders also examine organizational structures and processes, identifying barriers to innovation and strategies to embed inclusivity in ideation and decision-making. By the end of the session, participants gain both the mindset and practical tools to encourage risk, celebrate creativity, and build teams that embrace diversity of thought. This program demonstrates that fostering inclusive innovation is not just a moral imperative but a competitive advantage in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.

At MODASE Inc. Drag Academy, we strive to curate memorable experiences for our clients during special events. To ensure the seamless orchestration of these occasions, we have formulated a cancellation policy that aligns with our commitment to deliver exceptional services while managing reservations efficiently. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and thus, we've outlined the following guidelines to provide clarity on cancellation terms and procedures for our special event bookings. 1. Cancellation Timeframes: - More than 4 Weeks Before Event Date: 15% Administrative Fee - Between 2 Weeks and 4 Weeks Before Event Date: 50% of Total Booking Fee - Within 2 Weeks Before Event Date: No Refund 2. Refunds: - More than 4 Weeks Before Event Date: 85% Refund of Total Booking Fee - Between 2 Weeks and 4 Weeks Before Event Date: 50% Refund of Total Booking Fee - Within 2 Weeks Before Event Date: No Refund 3. Cancellation Process: - Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to daven@dracacademy.ca with the booking details. 4. Exceptions: - In case of extenuating circumstances, MODASE Inc. reserves the right to review and consider cancellation fee waivers or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. 5. Rescheduling: - Clients may request to reschedule their booking based on availability without incurring additional cancellation fees. The rescheduled event date must be within 6 months of the original booking date. 6. No Shows: - Failure to attend the event without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking fee with no option for a refund or rescheduling.
