Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Programs

Diversity is not how we differ. Diversity is about embracing one another’s uniqueness.
~ Ola Joseph

Drag Academy’s Diversity Panel features some of the most prominent drag artists in the industry. Our panellists have appeared on hit TV shows such as RuPaul's Drag Race, Call Me Mother, and Camp Wannakiki.  Our panelists share their insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

At this panel, you will have the opportunity to hear from drag artists who have experienced firsthand the challenges and triumphs of working in an industry that is often marginalized and misunderstood. Their personal stories and experiences will provide a unique and engaging perspective on DEI issues, particularly as they relate to the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

At the heart of our Diversity Panel is storytelling. We believe that storytelling is one of the most powerful tools we have for creating empathy and understanding. Through personal narratives and experiences, we can help to break down barriers and build connections between people. Our panelists are skilled storytellers who know how to captivate an audience and deliver a message that resonates.

One of the most exciting things about this panel is that it is fully customizable to meet the needs and interests of your organization. We work closely with our clients to create a program that is tailored to their specific goals and objectives. Whether you are looking to focus on transgender inclusion, allyship, or intersectionality, our panellists have the knowledge and expertise to provide a meaningful and engaging experience.
